It was confirmed that some new Decepticons would form Devastator in the 2009 movie continuation Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, as well that Transformers Devastator would have reinforced upper body strength, like to a gorilla, and have the power to widen his mouth, producing a strong turbine that sucks anything in like a wood chipper.
